The One is available in two formats, Full and Lite.
Full

A one-hour deep-dive session followed by seven weekly 30-minute check-ins. Each session reflects on the past week, explores a Tarot spread for the week ahead, and clarifies your next step. Ongoing WhatsApp support is available between sessions.
Lite
2 sessions  ·  6-week plan  ·  Online
Two sessions: an initial deep-dive, followed by a second session to map your complete six-week journey. You'll work with the same weekly structure, moving through it independently week by week.

What kind of problem or area can The One work on?
Any area of your life. A diet you can't stay consistent with, a career move that hasn't happened, discomfort in social situations, a relationship dynamic, a financial habit, a creative block, or business growth and profit. If it has your attention and you want it to shift, it's the right place to work. The first session helps you define it with precision.
How do I choose between Full and Lite?
Flexibility — Full is for when you want space to adjust week by week. Life shifts, and each session recalibrates the direction based on where you actually are. Structure — Lite is for when you prefer the full six-week plan mapped upfront and are comfortable working through it independently. Both begin with the same deep-dive.
Do I need to know Tarot to join?
No. Understanding the cards is not a requirement — that is handled within the session. What matters is a willingness to work with what they show.
I already know what my problem is — do I still need the deep-dive?
Yes — and here's why. What we come in with is usually the surface layer. The deep-dive finds the precise, workable version of what you already sense. That precision is what makes the six weeks effective.
How is this different from therapy or coaching?
Therapy works with the past and provides clinical support. Coaching typically works with goals and performance. The One works with the energy at play in one specific area — using Tarot to surface what's visible and what isn't — and builds a weekly practice around shifting it.
